FlowLaunch ("we", "us", "our") operates the website flowlaunch.io and provides managed n8n hosting services. We are the data controller for personal data collected through our website and services.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following personal data:

  • Account data: Name and email address provided at checkout via Stripe
  • Billing data: Payment information processed and stored by Stripe — we never store card details directly
  • Usage data: Service logs including IP addresses, timestamps, and error logs for operational purposes
  • Workflow data: n8n workflow configurations, credentials, and execution data stored in your dedicated database

  • To provision and operate your n8n instance
  • To send transactional emails (welcome email, service notifications)
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To respond to support requests
  • To maintain the security and integrity of our infrastructure

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on dedicated infrastructure hosted on Hetzner Cloud servers located in the United States. Each customer's n8n instance and database runs in an isolated Docker container — your data is never shared with other customers.

  • All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
  • n8n credentials are encrypted at rest using a unique per-instance encryption key
  • Nightly database backups are retained for 7 days
  • Access to production infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel only

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation:

  • We will provide a full export of your workflow data upon request
  • Your instance and associated data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation
  • Billing records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to processing of your data

8. Cookies

Our marketing website (flowlaunch.io) uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized traffic data such as page views, session duration, and general location. This helps us understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics may set cookies to facilitate this tracking. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool. Your n8n instance may also set session cookies necessary for authentication — these are functional cookies required for the service to operate.
